Candid Shots of Killer Whales Hunting and Having a Good Time Leave the Internet In Awe of Nature

It has been another fantastic tour for whale-watching enthusiasts! Photos shared on social media caused excitement and eager discussions among aficionados. A family of 4 killer whales living off the coast of Western Canada have been spotted on the hunt for prey. Seeing there were 2 dolphins on site, the orcas head for them. The baby killer whale, assumed to be the fastest among the group, was the most successful in their hunt. When the little orca popped its head out of the water, its companions playfully pushed it as though they were happy for him.

The sightseeing tour agency Eagle Wing Whale Watching Tours in British Columbia, Western Canada, posted several photos of their whale encounters on their Facebook page, including the orca family hunting for prey in the middle of the ocean. Additionally, they also shared some photos of other sea wildlife encounters, such as floating otters, sleeping sea lions, and even wild birds in midair on the hunt.

The company noted in their post that the family of orcas numbered “T023C”, including the baby killer whale, were hunting for several harbor porpoises at sea. Their hunt was a success, and they happily jumped out of the water to celebrate their victory. Some killer whales were caught in photos out of the water, seemingly flying in the air, which netizens found amazing.

The photos of the hunt were shared on the tour agency’s page, and they instantly went viral. Their followers who are whale-watching enthusiasts commented:
