However, the speculation was quickly contradicted by netizens who updated reports that Keanu Reeves is currently in the United States working with his band, Dogstar, and has cut his hair short after filming the John Wick sequel.

“Thai PBS World” later revealed that the TikTok account sharing videos of the Keanu Reeves lookalike belonged to the man’s wife, a native of Thailand. The man is (actually) a German citizen. The wife convinced the man to act naturally in the videos as though he was (really) Keanu Reeves. However, it was his idea to sell grilled cuttlefish, make coffee, and do other activities for a more humbling look. The wife also revealed they were originally from Germany but have settled in Thailand.
